THE Isoko Youths lnitiative has inaugurated their first executives who will pilot the affairs of the union to greater height.

The union which was initiated by Comrade Utomudo Fidelis Obokparo was established in October 26^th, 2013 and has its first inauguration ceremony on 22^nd of March, 2014 at Y.D’s place in Owhelogbo.

The union is a non-political organization who major aim is to inculcate the Isoko nation with the knowledge and sense of belonging into the youths to promote peace and unity among the Isoko especially the youths who are at home and abroad and to orient the mind of the Isoko youth that it is not with violence that you can achieve what you want but with dialogue, to portray leadership style worthy of imitation, display fairness, sponsor and supervise skill acquisition programme, bring sustainable and stabilized development and to reduce the level of unemployment in Isoko youths amongst others.

The swearing in of the executive was performed by Comrade Jackson Ureghe, President of the Isoko National Youths Movement where they all swore to be faithful and to discharge their duties to the best of the ability according to the rules and regulations of the association without fear or favour, affection or ill-will with Comrade Utomudo Fidelis Obokparo as the president.

However, the President while giving his speech advised the newly sworn in executive to be dedicated to their duties by working hard to produce a better result in Isoko land as this will help to move the association to greater height.

However, he assured them of his support as they work in concert to promote the union to win more members.

Present at the ceremony includes Bishop Agbabe Benson represented by Rev. Benson Akporie, Mr. lgwe and others.
